Richard V. Chua, M.D., F.A.C.S, Neurosurgeon, performs Tucson's first minimally invasive direct lateral lumbar fusion. The patient was released from the hospital the day after surgery. She underwent surgery after years of low back pain and had failed physical therapy, medications, and multiple injection treatments.
