Making an Appointment

Patients are seen at NNS by appointment only and usually by written referral or order from a physician or other medical professional. If you are new patient, please have your referral information available when you call to schedule your first appointment.

Office hours are from 9am to 4:30pm , Monday through Friday. NNS will make every effort to schedule appointments at your convenience. Each physician at NNS has specific days and times for patient visits, surgeries, and procedures. If your visit needs to be rescheduled due to an emergency or lengthy surgery, you can expect that every effort will be made to reschedule the appointment as soon as possible.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify NNS as soon as possible so that another appointment can be arranged. If you are calling after the office is closed, please feel free to leave a voice mail message so we can cancel your appointment.
