Contacting Your Physician

When you call the offices of NNS, you will be asked the nature of your call, and will be directed to the office staff of your physician. A  detailed message may be left with the office staff.  Your physician or physician assistant will return your call promptly, or, may, when appropriate, recommend a follow-up office appointment as a more thorough way to address your concerns.

If your call presents an urgent situation, or a medical emergency, the office staff may contact the NNS physician on call, or instruct you to proceed to the nearest urgent care or emergency care department. If you suspect that your condition or symptoms may require emergency medical care, please directly dial 911 for ambulance services or proceed to the nearest hospital.

After Hours

For established patients who need to speak to the physician on call, please call 1(800) 349-9730. Please note that prescription refill requests will not be accommodated by the physician on call. Non-urgent messages may be left on the NNS voice mail for staff the next business day.
